A note from Johanna
Welcome! Thank you for being here! My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate therapeutic space. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration, where we work together to focus on your goals and your healing journey. I believe that each person is resilient and has internal strengths and resources. My goal is to empower you to see and tap into those parts that exist within you, while learning new coping skills to navigate different situations in your life. It would be an honor to work with you!
